 Tootsiepie.com is quite literally a mom and pop organization because it is run by a mom and a pop!  We do not carry any products that we would not feel comfortable using in our own home.

Here you will find information about returns, shipping, payment, product requests and advertising.  Sorry, but at this time we do not offer an affiliate program.  If you are a merchant and would like for us to carry your product please email us a description, picture and any other pertinent information.

RETURNS: We will gladly issue a full refund, exchange or store credit for merchandise you are unhappy with. Money will be refunded in the same form as which it was received.   Personal hygiene items are non-returnable and non-refundable (soaps, oils, bubble bath, creams, massage oils, bath drops, diaper area cleansers and creams, sun block, pre-seed etc.). We will not accept returns with stains, cuts, tears or any other damage done while in the buyer's possession. Any item bought on sale is final and we will not accept merchandise returns.  All prices at the time of purchase are final (i.e. if an item goes on sale anytime after your purchase we will not refund the difference.)

We do not accept returns for any reason 30 days after the purchase date.

 Before returning your product you must email us to obtain a return number.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.  Please include a copy of the invoice that was sent with your purchase along with a note on why the item with being returned. 

 

TAX:  All Maryland residents will be charged 5% state tax upon check out.

 

SHIPPING:  All purchases are shipped within 2 business days via the United States Post Office by Priority ground for customers in the United States.  We do include a delivery confirmation number with all packages, should you need this number simply email us and we will provide it for you.  Insurance is at the buyer's discretion and we cannot guarantee packages that you do not insure.  If you would like to insure your purchase simply add it on upon check out (you will see the pull down box asking you if you would like insurance coverage).  If you cannot find the insurance option or would like to add it on after your purchase has been completed simply contact us and we will be more than happy to attach insurance to your postage and invoice you. Canadian buyers MUST SELECT AIRMAIL upon check out.

 

CANADIAN BUYERS:Please be aware that when packages are shipped via air mail anywhere outside the United States we are not able to offer tracking numbers or delivery confirmation.  You assume all risk when asking us to ship internationally.  If you want a tracking number your only option is Global Express.  It has been our experience that international orders can take anywhere from five days to over three weeks to arrive and can be held in customs by the receiving country.  We are happy to ship to you but we will take no responsibility for the amount of time your package takes to arrive regardless of what postage rate you choose and we are not responsible for packages that never arrive.

ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  We no longer ship outside of the United States or Canada. 

 

 

PAYMENT:  We now take credit card payments through PayPal's secure transaction website via our shopping cart.  You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card and no registration is required.  We also take money orders via snail mail.  Packages are shipped once payment has cleared.  If you would like to pay by money order simply email us your purchase and we will invoice you with shipping and taxes.
